1. What do you like most about going to Riverside Prep?
How the teachers explain everything and make sure that we understand everything. They just hold us to a higher standard and want us to succeed.
2. What's your favorite subject/teacher and why? It's between History and Cadet Corps. I have Mr. Wiggins in History and his style of teaching just makes you feel into what he's teaching. He always has your attention, you're never falling asleep in his class. And with Cadet Corps, I want to go into the Air Force Academy and Cadet Corps just helps motivate me and teaches me how to lead.
3. What do you like to do outside of school? I like to read and workout when I'm at home and play with my family. I really like reading history-based books, especially the era around World War II.
4. What are you looking forward to about going to high school next year? I'm very nervous because there are a lot of higher things to learn and you're at the point where if you screw up, you're messing with the rest of your life. So it's just time to get serious about everything.
5. What do you want to be when you grow up? I want to go to the Air Force Academy and be a pilot. And then after that, I want to get some money in airlines and then maybe go after the presidency. I've always wanted to be a pilot, ever since I was 5 years old.
Comment from Mr. Wiggins: "He is a hard-working and intelligent student who always gives his best, regardless of what his peers are doing. He is not afraid to ask questions when he needs guidance and he is always cheerful and tries to bring his fellow classmates humor, without being a disruption."
